Settings: General

The General tab shows your license status, source control settings, and uninstall options.

License

Field	What It Shows
Status	Current license status (e.g., Licensed: Commercial)
License Type	Your current plan
AI Features	Whether AI-powered assistance is enabled
Expires	License expiry date
Machine ID	Unique identifier for this machine

FactFoundry Account

Click Refresh to check for license changes (e.g., after upgrading your plan). Click Sign Out to sign out of your FactFoundry account.

Manage Licenses

Click Open Portal to view and manage your licenses, seats, and billing on the FactFoundry website.

Source Control

Auto-fetch from Remote in the Background

When enabled, Semantic Modeler periodically fetches the current repository so branch and ahead/behind info stays current. This runs only while the Source Control panel is closed (opening it fetches anyway) and never changes your files.

Fetch Interval

How many minutes between background fetches (minimum 1, default 10).

Danger Zone

Uninstall Semantic Modeler

Removes the app and deletes all local data (settings, projects list, saved credentials). Your model files on disk are not affected.
